Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actor. Keerthy appears in Tamil film and Telugu movies, along with a handful of Malayalam. The year she was born, she received the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing the character Savitri. Additionally, she was awarded a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar is the daughter of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar, and actress Menaka G. Suresh. She began her career as a child actress during the 2000s, and later returned to films after studying fashion design. Her first leading role was in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). The first film she acted in outside Malayalam was Idhuenna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu. The movie did not perform well in the theater. Her first film release was A. L. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu. The film didn't do well in the theater. The busy schedule she had throughout the year led her choose to stay out of movies which she had already started making, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam in order to accommodate bigger projects. In the following years, she was working on Rajini Murugan's Remo in two quick film. Also, Dhanush and she played the lead roles on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. In 2015 the movie was delayed, and reports suggest that Janakitho Nenu will be released in September of 2020. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and starred in the role of actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy played the lead role in Bairavaa produced by Bharathan and with actor Vijay. In addition, she was an Tamil actor in the film Paambhu Saattai as well as she was a Telugu actor on Nenu Local.
